Frequently asked questions
Where do I find the IMEI?
Dial *#06# on the phone, or open Settings › General › About (iPhone) or Settings › About phone (Android). It is also printed on the box and on the SIM tray of many models. Macs and some iPads use the serial number instead – it is in › About This Mac or on the bottom case.
What does “FMI ON / OFF” mean?
FMI is Find My iPhone. ON means the device is locked to an Apple ID (activation lock) and cannot be used by anyone else without the owner’s password. Before buying a used iPhone you want FMI OFF.
How fast do I get the result?
Each service shows its delivery time. Instant checks usually arrive within a minute or two; unlocks and some reports can take hours or days. We e-mail you as soon as it is ready and you can also follow the order online.
What if the check cannot be done?
If the provider rejects the request (for example an unsupported model or a wrong IMEI), you are not charged – we refund the full price to your card.
Do I need an account?
No. You only enter an e-mail for the result and invoice. Every order has its own private page where you can follow the progress.
